FAQ
What is Journaling?
Journaling is the practice of writing down your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in order to process and understand them better.
Do I need writing experience to get started?
No. Journaling doesn’t require literary talent, just honesty. You write for yourself, not for perfection.
How much time should I dedicate to journaling each day?
5–15 minutes are enough. More important than duration is practicing at least 3 times a week. Write as much as you feel — sometimes a single sentence is enough, other times you may feel the need to go on.
What types of exercises will I find in the courses?
You will work with guided topics and a variety of journaling techniques depending on your interests and the goals set at the beginning of the program.
Will I need to read what I’ve written?
No. If you feel the need to read, then I will listen. Writing is confidential and private.
